4 skin care principles to how to keep skin fresh in summer!

Skin care is a daily necessity for women. However, not all women know how to preserve, beautify the skin, especially in the hot summer. In the summer, the pores widen, the skin intensifies sweat and oil, you may easy to get blackheads. In addition, the skin is affected by ultraviolet rays so it loses moisture on the surface, causing the epidermis to create more melamine that causes dark spots. Without proper care regimen, the skin is easily damaged and accelerated aging. Here are four skincare principles to how to keep skin fresh in summer you should not miss!

1. Using sun cream


Firstly, to choose and use a sun cream suitable to your skin, you need to pay attention to each type of skin.

For example: for dry skin, you should choose a sun cream containing moisturizer for the skin. And for sensitive skin, you should choose the physical sun cream which contains less of the chemical ingredients that cause skin irritation.

Secondly, what is the use of sun cream effectively in the summer? That is when the sun cream you choose must meet all the factors of the SPF index, PA index and have a non-sticky cream. In addition, it should be a thin cream with fast absorption that will penetrate well into the skin to work out, not drifted by your sweat in hot weather.

When sun cream is exposed to the skin, it needs time to penetrate and promote the effect so the best time to apply is 20-30 minutes before exposing to the sun. Always keep this in mind to protect your skin best!

Whether you use it regularly, but if the amount of cream is not enough, your skin will also suffer from damage from ultraviolet rays as usual. In order to achieve the highest sun protection effect, you should use about 14ml of cream both for face and body at once. In addition, you need to reapply every 2 hours or more if you sweat. The total amount of cream to use for the body is about 14g, of which the amount of cream suitable for the face is about 1.5g.

2. Exfoliation


Dead skin is a normal process that occurs regularly on the skin but in the

summer, the skin cells act more than usual, dead skin will form more. Therefore, exfoliation in the summer is a very important principle that you should remember carefully.

In summer, the skin will be exposed to sunlight, but if you have a good preparation, from applying sun cream to choosing the right clothes protected from sunlight, the skin will not be affected too much, then your exfoliating habits do not need to change, about 2-3 times a week is reasonable.

However, once you are constant contact with the sun and have to work for hours under the heavy sun, you need to adjust this habit immediately. You just should do exfoliation a maximum of 2 times a week.

3. Eating and drinking moderately


A healthy and nutritious diet will help you get healthy skin. Vitamin C, vitamin E, omega-3, and calcium are considered to be indispensable nutrients for a youthful and radiant skin.

Supplement vitamin C from fruits such as cucumber, butter, tomato, …

Omega-3 from vegetable oils or fish such as salmon, tuna, …

Vitamin E is found in grains, wheat, corn, peanut oil, olive oil, green leafy vegetables, egg yolks.

Yogurt is a very good dish for your skin

Limit to eat foods with high fat, sugar, spicy, hot, carbonated drinks.

Drink at least 2.5 liters of water each day, water will purify the body, detoxify, help clear and clean skin.

4. Moisturizing the skin


This is an important principle in skin care in the summer to have a fresh skin. Whatever skin you own, moisturizing your skin is always a must.

If possible, you should have a skin test to choose the correct skin care cosmetics with your skin. You should apply lotion immediately after cleansing. However, you should only apply just enough to cream into the skin.

Do not take too much, excessive moisture will cause your skin to overflow oil and clog pores.
